Late 19th Century Iron Stools [VINTAGE]
These vintage iron stools draw on a late nineteenth century industrial design in the spirit of Martha Sturdy's metalwork, built from a robust iron framework that was made to hold up to real daily use rather than sit as a purely decorative object. The weathered patina across the metal reflects genuine Victorian-era manufacturing rather than an applied finish, and at over thirty inches tall they work equally well as a stool or a plant stand pedestal. Good vintage condition, with minor scuffs and overall wear to the metal consistent with age and industrial use. Grouped together or used individually, their raw material keeps them from competing with softer furnishings nearby.
