Paper Mosaic Art
Chad Kilgore builds this large-scale piece from a paper textile collage, layering natural materials and earth-sourced pigments into a composition that reads as much as a textured object as a flat artwork. Kilgore's practice treats matter as a kind of captured vibration, spiritual in intent but grounded in physical, earthy materials rather than abstraction for its own sake. At four feet tall, the piece has real wall presence, with enough surface texture to reward a closer look beyond its overall composition. It suits a room where art is meant to be a genuine focal point rather than a background accent.
