Turkish Copper Pitcher [VINTAGE]
This hand-hammered copper pitcher dates to the nineteenth century, likely originating from the Ottoman Empire or Turkey, its hammered surface and riveted seams reflecting traditional metalworking technique rather than a modern reproduction. Pitchers like this were built for everyday water or liquid service, and the form still carries that functional, utilitarian clarity. Fair vintage condition, with oxidation, small dents, and surface markings consistent with genuine age and use over close to two centuries. At nine inches tall, it works well as a standalone object on a shelf or filled with a dramatic branch arrangement, carrying real history into either role.
